We at Salon Intuitions strive to make our clients look and feel better when they walk out than when they walked in. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your salon service or experience, please let us know and give us a chance to make amends and learn from our mistakes. If you feel the need for privacy, you can ask to speak with the manager.
- Product Returns
Salon Intuitions takes pride in offering only the best hair care products to our clients. If you are not satisfied with a product, please bring it back for an exchange or credit toward another product.
- Late
If you are running late for your appointment, we kindly ask that you call and let us know. Clients arriving later than 15-minutes for their appointment may be asked to reschedule.
- Cancellations
We confirm most service reservations 24-hours in advance; 48-hours in advance for Keratin Treatment and Great Lengths Extensions service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please tell us at this time or contact us beforehand.
- No-Show
We understand that plans can drastically change without notice and you may be unable to contact us and/or make your appointment. However, clients who repeatedly no-show may be asked to keep a valid credit card number on file and agree to compensate for their stylist(s)’ time lost.
Due to the time reservation and material costs, Keratin Treatment and Great Lengths Extensions require a valid credit card number on file. In the event a client no-shows to either of these services, they will be charged to compensate for their stylist’s time and material costs.
- Children
Though we normally charge less for children’s hair cuts, please be aware that a child with large amounts of hair will be charged at adult rates due to the similar amount of time to cut their hair.
In addition, our hair salon is filled with extremely sharp professional tools, expensive equipment and fragile decor. For the safety of your child, our clients, our staff and our salon, we kindly ask that you keep your children under controlled supervision.
- Pets
Unfortunately, Salon Intuitions must enforce a no pets in the salon policy due to rules set forth by Texas Department of License and Regulations.
- Reserve
Salon Intuitions reserves the right to refuse service to customers whose presence on premise detract from the safety, welfare, and well-being of other cilents, the salon staff and the salon itself.
